Please be aware when booking a place on a walk that late cancellation or failure to actually attend on the day may result in a partial or full default payment of the coach fare, as follows:
- Cancellation between 12 and 3 days beforehand will incur a default of reduced half fare
- Cancellation after 6 p.m. on theThursday before the day of the walk will incur a default of the full fare
- If the coach is full by way of replacements from the Reserve List on the day of the walk, no default will be required
- Cancellation at any time due to illness or injury will require no default
- Failure to attend on the day for reasons other than illness will incur a full default
